Microsoft started at February 2nd to push obligatory MFA authentication. This means that all users in your tenant will be affected but not necessarily at the same time. Please note that there is no way to avoid MFA even you create Conditional Access Policy and you disable MFA for your user(s) in Tenant.

As conclusion, you cannot avoid MFA anymore.
Therefore prepare your strategy for accessing services with User Name and Password accordingly to avoid disruption in services nd business processes
